Schiltz Properties, Inc. is a full service Commercial Properties Management Company specializing in leasing, management and the development of Office, Retail, Industrial and General Commercial Properties. We currently manage approximately 350,000 square feet of office, retail and industrial properties in 11 locations.
Along with providing a wide array of leasing and management services, we are a commercial General Contractor as well. Schiltz Properties maintains an active working relationship with quality local contractors as well as our own staff of full-time construction and maintenance employees.

We have the ability to help prospective tenants "mentally" move into a space and let them know immediately what their costs might be. It truly expedites the whole process. We have the expertise to see capital improvements from start to finish and can handle smaller tenant improvements with ease. No job is too big or too small.
